AEDANI Studio AS (referred to as the "Company", "we", "us" or "our") provides digital game titles and supporter packs (the "Products") as personal, non-transferable licenses. These Terms of Sale (the "Terms") govern your purchase and use of our Products sold through our website at https://aedani.studio. By purchasing, you agree to these Terms.
1. Parties
The seller is AEDANI Studio AS, a Norwegian limited liability company registered in Norway with organization number 936 016 340, with principal place of business at Norway. You (the "Buyer") are the individual or entity purchasing the Products.
2. Payment
We accept payments through Vipps and Stripe. All prices are displayed in the currency of your choice at the time of purchase and include applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. By completing a transaction, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
3. Delivery
Our Products are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to download your license key or access credentials via email. Digital delivery shall be considered complete upon sending the download link and access information to your registered email address.
4. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Norwegian Consumer Sales Act and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. However, this right does not apply once you have downloaded, activated, or begun to use the digital product. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at support@aedani.studio within the 14-day period with your order details.
5. Returns and Refunds
Refunds are available only for purchases made within the last 14 days and only if the digital product has not been downloaded, installed, or otherwise activated. Once you have accessed, downloaded, or activated your license, the purchase is considered completed and non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to support@aedani.studio with proof of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
6. License Terms and Restrictions
Your purchase grants you a perpetual, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree NOT to: (a) redistribute, share, or resell the Product or any part thereof; (b) modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works; (c) use the Product for commercial purposes or in any commercial project; (d) transfer or sublicense your license to any third party. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate revocation of your license without refund. As these Products represent work-in-progress game titles, we make no guarantees regarding final features, stability, or continued availability.
7. Handling of Complaints and Claims
If you have any issues with your purchase or use of the Product, please contact us at support@aedani.studio with a detailed description of the problem. We will respond to all complaints within 10 business days and work toward a fair resolution. We reserve the right to investigate any claims and determine appropriate remedies, which may include refunds, replacement access, or other solutions at our discretion.
8. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from your purchase shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to the Norwegian Consumer Authority (Forbrukertilsynet) or to the relevant consumer dispute board. You also have the right to pursue a complaint through EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Data Protection and GDPR Compliance
We process your personal data (name, email, payment information) solely for fulfilling your purchase, providing customer support, and complying with legal obligations. Your data is protected in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Norwegian data protection laws. 10. Acceptance of Terms
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued purchases after such modifications constitute acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify customers of significant changes via email.
