2. Data Collection and Processing
We collect and process personal data in order to respond to user inquiries and provide information about our services. The personal data we collect includes first names, last names, and email addresses. We collect this information through our website's contact form and newsletter signup.
We store personal data on our Company’s secure online document storage exclusively. We do not disclose or transfer any personal data to third-party services, except where required by law or where necessary for the purposes of providing the Online Services to the user.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on the user's consent, which is obtained through a checkbox asking them to agree to the privacy policy. The checkbox is not pre-filled and requires human acknowledgement to be activated. Their data cannot be sent to us without them activating this checkbox.
4. Data Retention
We will keep personal data indefinitely until the user requests a disposal of their data. We securely dispose of it by removing any cache of it from our document storage and employee hard drives. If we cease to utilize our mailing list and discontinue the provision of our Online Services, we will promptly dispose of all personal data related to our users in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Data Transfers
We can confirm that we comply with the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) by ensuring that personal data is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), unless appropriate safeguards are in place. Such processing does not have any significant impact on the individuals concerned, nor does it have any legal or similar effect on them.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify both the affected users and the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (DPA).
