We store personal data on our Company’s secure online document storage exclusively. We do not disclose or transfer any personal data to third-party services, except where required by law or where necessary for the purposes of providing the Online Services to the user.
    3. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data based on the user's consent, which is obtained through a checkbox asking them to agree to the privacy policy. The checkbox is not pre-filled and requires human acknowledgement to be activated. Their data cannot be sent to us without them activating this checkbox.
    4. Data Retention
We will keep personal data indefinitely until the user requests a disposal of their data. We securely dispose of it by removing any cache of it from our document storage and employee hard drives.
